Help! Samsung Galaxy ace not charging!

The other day my phone battery died so i put it on charge overnight but it didnt charge! N now is totally dead and when the power button is pressed its a black battery symbol it vibrates then dies ive tried the usb and the wall! Im really worried bout sending it off in case they wipe it! there are irreplaceable photos on it.
Its only 7 months old ... anything i can do?
 
It happens to me once... Why it cant be charge is bcoz the batery is fully discharge. u cant charge it using normal charger..

what u can do is, take out the batery, use multi charger (the one that can charge any batery) i dont know what i call... AFTER a few minutes, put back in ur phone & recharge as usual(u can on the phone)..

it works for me...
 
the next day after i bought samsung galaxy ace i'm unable charge the phone using normal charger ..but i can charge the phone by connecting it to cpu when i use charger it says "charging" after an hour or two hours when i unplug d charger it remains with same percentage of charge not even a bit rise in the level of charge... can any 1 gotta solution fo dis?:(
 
I just got this problem. First to the above posters most countrys have 29 days consumer rights laws

So even if shop says "u cant return this " Yes u can
Secondly most hardware has a Year guarentte. This means the shop can usually swap the hardware without the manufactoror evrn getting envolved.
Finally manufactors or resellers give a warrenty ^^^ do not let idiot sales ppk mistake a warrenty with a repair request. Know ur rights ITS CHEAPER.

Ok onto my bit. Actually signed to these forums to say dis.

My samsung galaxy ace just had the above problem. I leave the phone in my car parked near some idiots open hub. I then run Atorrent app with wifi set to never sleep. Que ev laugh teach the idiot sum lessons about router security.

Anyway so my phone finally used all its juice up. Bad pie as i wanted to hook j
it up and watch sum tv tonight. So without the net cus phone is my net next few monthss i had to figure out how to fix. I knew it was probally the low low deaded battery but how to home fix with no net to ask

well i remembered physics. A battery is just stored energy. In oldschool batterys heat did a good job however dont be a idiot and cook ur phone thats stupid. You van however vigoursly rub a battery remember this it will help u later in life to restore a small amount of energy into it. Think Kinectic energy laws

Using this method i restored my battery to the point where the mains charger started to work.

Moral of this story. Buy a universal phone charger ^^ as stated above if u own a samsung. Cus u could get extra batteryz but then what
 
Brilliant, used a cheap multi charger bought last year over internet for in car charging. Plugged my lifeless phone in and voila! Started charging ,kept it on for five minutes til 10%charge then plugged into normal charger. Thank you

I tried charging mine on an Apple charger but it wouldn't work. Thought the battery was dead until I charged it on the charger the phone came with! No problems now.

Lightning to USB, so a Lighting connector Apple charger can charge a device with a micro-USB or USB type C port. There are third-party ones available.

Apple does include an adapter with iPhones, so they can be charged from any USB type charger or port. Because of the EU directive about a standard method for phone charging, that Apple must comply with.
