Unable to login to AC Central app

Downloaded AC Central app and cannot login. I have been logging in with one of my Google accounts on browser but my credentials from that account don’t work with the app.

Any suggestions?

I would like to be able to use app on my phone but don’t want to create anew account.

Thanks!

No idea what "AC Central" is. An air conditioning control app? But if you got problems logging in, you'll probably need to contact the company or developer, like maybe they need to reset your password or something?

Oops!

Got the two mixed up.
No problem.
I like it here better anyway.
Well! Now that we know that... But, seriously, this is a very friendly and helpful place. I hope you stick around.

As for your issue, when you try to log in via the app, what happens? Does it give some sort of error message?

When it fails, does it offer a "forgot password" or "forgot username" or similar? If it does, that's what I'd try. Make sure you give the correct 'forgotten' credentials. You mentioned multiple Google accounts--be sure you're 'forgetting' the right one. :)

The AC app is great. You dial in what temperature you want, the radius you want that temperature, and humidity level!, from 2 meters around your phone to 200 meters, indoor or outdoor - the battery drain is negligible, and you save an absolute fortune in energy costs, equipment installation, plumbing and wiring etc etc. Works as a heat generator too in icy winter conditions such as in Antarctica.
All from a free to download app expected to be available for beta testing around March of 2184.

(I think I've run out of Vodka)

I have an AC app on my phone. Uses the IR blaster.

Ha Ha! Only I'm only partially mad then.
I did assume our new poster was referring to something like that.
As it happens I have just been perusing Xiaomi phones on the UK web, finally thinking and finding out about their Redmi and Mi devices and following video reviews after initially looking at Realme products. Great reductions on some sub £250 Xaomi atm, They tick a lot of boxes for low cost (extra apps and improving UI aside) and of course they are still big on IR.
