I changed my pass code and forgot it and I wanted to know if you can take off the pass code.?

if you are talking about the pin on your lockscreen to open the phone, you will need to do a hard reset. it will then need your google act info (gmail and password) that you originally used on the phone.

As others have said, if you're referring to your device's PIN, I don't think there's any solution except doing a factory reset. This will delete all your data, such as photos and documents you created.
After doing a factory reset, you'll be prompted for your Google account's credentials (gmail address and password). Then you can choose a PIN--and maybe write it down somewhere for safekeeping!
