Blue ring around apps?

Hey there, i dont know what i did, but now it show a blue ring around my apps, in menu, on homescreen, and on screen switcher, and on other stuff, do someone know how to turn it off?

I have seen something like this before, can't remember where. but check in the Developer settings, under the Display options possibly. Try resetting all the Developer options back to default.

It could be specific to the particular make and model of phone, tablet, or TV-box you've got there.

I cant find anything, there shouldt be like it is :-(
