I have a similar deal from my carrier, China Unicom. Which I was using in the UK, Ireland, and Holland for a month or so recently.
Now not but the future is coming and the virus will be gone. Be optimistic

One "optimistic" view would be that we will come out of this doing less travelling (since uncontrolled carbon emissions are a much bigger threat to humanity than covid-19).
(Disclosure: my work makes me a frequent flier, so yes, this form of optimism involves me travelling less myself).

The China Unicom 30GB p/m deal, with unlimited calls and messages, and international option.
China Unicom SIMs are available on Ebay.
But these are the pre-paid ones.
I have China Unicom 12 month contract, which is only available in China.
In the us it worked pretty fast and well.
I can go with Verizon and at and t. Speed is a dream!
Calls and text inside the us is unlimited. Like in the whole EU and Canada Mexiko turkey Tunesia.
