That is all up to the site itself, there's absolutely nothing we can do to fix this issue
yep websites from time to time will shut down due to maintenance where they will either make changes, fix bugs, or just update their software. not much you can due other then to check back later.....as suggested by @Dannydet

Don't worry, your not alone. I'm unable to log in to my Aptoide account as well.
