Charging Issues

I am having trouble with my port charging so I decided to buy a wireless charger.

The first one was a Belkin Boost and it didn't work at all. Returned that one and purchased the Belkin BoostUp 10w. It worked for one second then didn't at all.

Funny thing is, when I turned the phone off and placed it on the charger, the phone turned on and charged for a second then stopped.

Does anyone have any ideas? Getting ahold of LG is almost impossible and I am running out of juice!

i do not have your phone so i have no idea why the belkin did not work.

I do not have a suggestion but as for contacting LG, I have never had a problem contacting them using their chat line from their website.
