Is there a 'mark as read' feature?

MoodyBlues

Compassion is cool!
Using a browser on a phone, I see no 'mark as read' button/option:

Does it exist? If not, could you please add it?

As noted months ago, I strongly dislike the harsh, bold, black unread thread titles. I'd really like to be able to dim some by marking them read. I typically skip threads whose titles make clear I can't possibly help, like 'how do I do X on window$?' :D It would be nice to dim them without opening.

I'm with @MoodyBlues on this one, it's a pain in the proverbial to open every one, including the obvious 'rubbish' to remove the horrible bold black. I suspect @ocnbrze is right
He is! :) Exactly.
although I do think that using @kate's solution is an improvement, perhaps as an interim 'get around'.

:thinking::)
I respectfully...disagree. :o Marking all threads read would make it hugely difficult to find threads I'm interested in, that are new or have new activity. So, I'm sorry, buddy, but no! :D

I respectfully acknowledge your 'respectful disagreement' , but I do find it a little bit easier to scan through them and pick out the ones I think I will be interested in. Not ideal I know, which is why I tagged on the 'interim get around':D.

@tommo47, I respectfully acknowledge your respectful acknowledgment of my 'respectful disagreement.' :D

I see what you're saying, and if that works well for you, great! One thing's for sure: it eliminates all that HORRID, EYE-POPPING, BOLD BLACK TEXT! :o

Is there an owner avatar?
I'll take that as a NO. I just scroll through them all.
You never know where someone might post something interesting.
Ha ha, sorry, DPB! I never saw your question. :)

An owner avatar, as in the owner of AF, @Rob?

Well, here's what Rob's looks like right now:

If you're talking about something completely different...never mind! :D
