Lenovo Ideapad K1 upgrade help

I have a ideapad K1 running android version 3.2.1 and want to up grade. Can anyone help me upgrade this device?

It's 9 years old running honeycomb.
Toss it and buy a new device is my honest opinion....

I did replace it, but would like to have a backup if possible. I can download the Ice Cream Sandwich, but don't know how to run the file to do the upgrade.

so just add some context to what @Dannydet is suggesting.....you will need to root the device, install a custom recovery, and then you can flash the rom that he linked in his last post.

if you need help with all that then let us know....we can help you with that.
