I did want to say that I just scrolled down after I clicked on Mobile Data Usage and do realize that there are duplicate entries. I could post screen shot after screenshot showing you the proof if you would like.
 
I did also want to add that I believe I have the coding and instructions on how to remotely hack into a Chromebook in Guest Mode that I have retrieved from inside the Chrome Browser.
 
bbc agent is a system app so i would not worry to much about it.

What? Illegal? Maybe you are not understanding that I am the one being hacked. Now, to address your accessment of the BBC being a system app. I realize that, just like Setting is a system app. But, why are there 2 setting apps running within BBC. As well as don't any of the other apps running within it seem suspicious? I know my phone is being hacked and I know that my Chromebook has been hacked as well. I am merely trying to get someone interested in seeing the data I have gathered and then assist me with reporting it to Google and splitting the reward. I cannot successfully communicate and report this to Google because these hackers are using Superfish which is a Man In the Middle attack. If you want to see the impossible and the proof of my claims, you can look up my YouTube Channel, Superfish Victim and see it for yourself. Or just Google search, "Chromebook Hacked In Debbie Lincolns Defense". Then tell me I am not being hacked.
 
Your will probably tell me not to be concerned with how one of my contacts somehow just appeared under my Setting area within Messages

Wasn't Superfish some advertising company? Now defunct.

You know I was trying to correctly quote a chunk of the OP's post #5 right.? I was on a short train journey, sorry.

Coincidentally I had to uninstall the BBC i Player app a few days ago as it was eating 15 - 20% of battery, shortly after I tried the BBC weather app. Hence my initial interest, but I don't have a clue.

I am Superfish Victim and I have not even had a Windows computer in 2 years or more. I wasn't using Windows XP and don't know why that guy even said it. And Yes Superfish was supposed to be finished, done, disbanded. But as you can see in my videos it is still active, extremely dangerous and I have literally lost my life trying to warn people. I started blogging about it and they started attacking everything from my employer, to my friends, to my family, my devices, my network, my roommates. They recently sent 2 S.W.A.T. teams to my residence which ended up with them kicking me out. They are harassing me until the point where they want me to commit suicide from all of the constant disruption in my life. Now let me ask you this, if superfish is a man-in-the-middle attack and Lenovo release date superfish removal tool do you think superfish would actually allow a clean download of removal tool? Why would they allow a tool to be downloaded to remove their very existence? They didn't and the removal tool is bogus. I can prove it to you if you want to just follow these steps. Even if you don't have a Lenovo computer superfish is so embedded into our networks that it's everywhere now. So if you download removal tool and run it you will see that it comes up with a false positive which states superfish has not been found you're good to go. Now if you want to find it my way go ahead to your Windows computer
 
Wow they just sent that without me finishing what I was saying. Anyways get on your Windows computer type in CMD. EXE in the search bar. Then run that as an admin. Now black screen going to pop up and I want you to type in regedit. EXE. Now another box is going to pop up and allow the registry regedit to run. Then in the second drop down menu you're going to see a drop-down that shows you find and find next. Click on find and then type in superfish. And Wallah! There's your superfish add-on it is still running and the FTC said it would be a $40,650 fine every time every incident did they catch Lenovo doing it for a fourth time. I can't tell you guys how important this information is especially and the position that America is in right now. This is a plan people and as long as I can get this information out before everything happens to me then I will feel as if I have done my duty I'm trying to protect the good people of America. And yes I have reported this to everyone, NSA FBI CIA Homeland Security local police Kaspersky Norton's McAfee Trend Micro Webroot. Hell when I pay Kaspersky $180 to get on my device remotely he told me that there were 17 different devices on my network, then refunded my money, told me it was out of his pay grade and then said to me to hang up and call 911 immediately!
 
Now you can call me Nostradamus but let me tell you how this thing's going to play out. First they implemented superfish into our Networks which went undetected for five years. They're so deep into our computers that you have no idea and let me tell you where they're hiding by the way in our favorite pictures. If you remember Windows 8 and 8.1 when you burn your operating system into an ISO, that was not a good idea to release that information to the public. Okay now next they take little pop shots at us by sending us fentanyl trying to get people Dope Sick and addicted to the nasty drug heroin. Next they're trying to separate us and weakness with his Corona virus covid-19 . next we are going to see a huge banking attack. They've gotten Americans so reliant on applications on their phones that hell most people can't find their mailbox without Google Maps. Now after we've been separated, sick, our economy severely weakened, and our camaraderie our United as one power stripped of us, they will disrupt our Communications on our phones, crash are apps and this last part I hate to say and I don't want to be right, Chinese invading. If you ever read The Art of War it states cut the enemies communication and they will crumble well that's what Lenovo has been doing and what did we do we let him buy out Motorola, Bravo! This my friends is population control. And as much as my life is already been destroyed and my will to live has completely diminished I feel as if once I get this post out that I will probably be in the greatest Danger yet. But, I don't fear because I don't care what happens to me anymore.

By the way one last thing I wanted to say if anyone wants to see the impossible you can follow me into any store let it be Walmart Best Buy Apple Store Office Max you name it the second that I walk in the network will be compromised. I have bought and returned 64 Windows computers the second that I press power the second that they're on. When it happened on a brand new Macbook I've noticed a file and opened it with apple strip because it said MacBook doesn't understand this file would you like us to look online for some how to open it or do you want open it with one of your own tools. So I opened it with apple stripped and read it and it was all in the nigori encryption and I couldn't make out s***, but then I kept scrolling down in about three pages down I saw in clear English in the center of the page 4 1/3 inches cheek
And kept scrolling down then Saw 3 cm blue eye , then kept scrolling down and Saw 2 and 1/2 CM chin and kept scrolling down and saw brown hair. I immediately ran over to the mirror with one of sewing tape measures and realized it was my facial measurements I asked the employee if he had access to the network at which time we ran netstat - A and saw 3 netbotz running on the system. When I walk into a Best Buy it look at the ceiling because I have literally floored at least six I'm tired Geek Squad managers. It always ends up with then refunding my money the guy usually trembling sing We can't protect you.

Well assuming that is actually your video you posted here, I can see a green START button against a blue task bar, along with icons for IE, Outlook, Chrome, etc. Well green START with the blue to me looks very much like Windows XP., and not Vista, 7, 8, or 10. That's why I posted the screen shot from the video, because it grabbed my attention, as to why someone might have been hacked.

I rarely use Windows myself, I'm mostly using MacOS or Linux.
