Help please

I have a VZW branded unlocked force pro 2 using on the metro (Tmobile) network. After manually inputting the APN (this didn't happen automatically) I have data and text but no mms and no calling either making or receiving. Tech support from my carrier, as I assume with most is no help at all. Is there anyone out there who knows why this happening and how to fix it? Thank you

so no phone calls? have you taking it in to your carrier? not talking to, but actually seeing somebody who could help? how long has this been going on?

No, not yet. My work schedule is loaded and with the shortened hours of businesses I haven't been able to... Yet.
This is has been going on for the 3 days I've had the device.
