i have no idea what you are talking about. all of the firmwares listed at sammobile are official samsung firmwares, you just need to make sure that you download the correct firmware for your device.

and just to be clear these are official samsung firmwares.

You should be able to use the generic firmware, but considering the phone is fairly old, it might only support t-mobile bands if it was a carrier branded phone originally.

its a picture of your phone, not sure what kind of info you wish to show from that. like i said all of the firmwares listed on sammobile are legit......you just need to know which one to download.

i have a note 10+ with verizon but unfortunately sammobile does not have my software yet......not sure why
