I have a recently purchased AT&T A10e (SM-A102U). The Wi-fi Calling feature is missing. It is not in the Phone settings, nor is it in the Connections settings. It is just gone, not there, missing, absent. I have done a factory reset to no avail. Before I return this thing, does anyone have a suggestion I haven't tried?

Wi-fi Calling Gone Missing

was it there when you first bought the phone? does your plan include wifi calling? does your phone support it as well?
No it was not there when I got the phone. Yes wi-fi calling is included and all information (generic and AT&T specific) states that the phone supports it.
Maybe the phone supports it but does your carrier support it for your specific device?

or at least talk with your carrier. maybe they accidentally turned off something on their end. if not then i would take the phone in to see if there is a hardware issue where you can either get it fixed or replaced.
