I'm in Dominican Republic, I bought my spectrum Samsung a20 in Ebay, but it came to me locked, what can I do to unlock it please?

This is why I would never buy a phone off of ebay.....or any used phones. Are you talking about it being carrier locked?

it can be unlocked...go to settings click about phone click software information and send baseband version....
