you will most likely have to take the phone in to your carrier. there are no quick fixes. you can google how to do it as well. there are plenty of imei programs out there. most of them are not free however.
how did this happen? your other thread mentions you want to root the phone. what is going on? maybe if you explain in more detail, we can help you better.
