Lock screen message

do you have a lockscreen app? what do you mean that "it's there under settings"? what is there in settings? is this a text message?

I was able to do it again on a Moto E6.
I can't think what can be preventing it.
Does it not show under the lock screen clock? It won't stay on the screen while asleep on mine, but I don't have a Z4 and I think they are Amoled screens. Is it meant to be always on?
