Does your carrier(Zong) actually support billing or purchases for this whatever it is app?
With Android most in-app payments are handled by Google Play Services, a big exception been China.

I see, but we can't do anything about that here. I presume Google Play payment services are not available in Pakistan?
FWIW I'm in China(Zong is owned by China Mobile) and there's no Google Play here officially, but what I've done my Play Account is set to United States, and have bought US Google Play Vouchers via Taobao, from a trusted seller.
