i'm not sure i understand your concern. the picture from your phone is showing info from a router which is not coming from your cellular data.....so how is this being monitored?

It is my mobile and wifi. Someone has a Verizon server If you Google net 172 you will see issue

I did, and it's just a load of results about the IRS and other American tax things.

well according to this:

it looks like a google server.....so again.....i see nothing here to suggest any kind of monitoring that is nefarious.
