How would I get to the boot loader screen?

I held both sides of my volume button down, then turned on the phone.

I got "Safe Mode".

How do I get to the "boot loader screen" ?

If I power off the phone once I get there, can I get back to the regular screen when I power on again?

not sure if that is your exact model or not, but it should get you there.....so yes power off and then press and hold the power button plus vol down for a few seconds....release when you see the LG logo

there should be a reboot option in recovery mode otherwise known as the bootloader.

what are you trying to do?

Make an image of the "hard drive" of the phone, so I can run a recovery program ( TestDisk ) over the image to hopefully recover some deleted pictures.
