Usb Dvb-T2 stick no longer recognized when restarting

Hi I have a car pc with Android 7.1, I use a Terratec Dvb t-2 stick, everything works great and I can watch TV in the car. When restarting the carpc, I have to take the stick out and reinsert it so that it is recognized again. But that's cumbersome, I don't want to plug the stick in and out every time, is there a way?

has this always happened like this? or is this new?
 
No, that was always the case. Maybe that's normal because that's usually for cellphones. I used the Air DTV II app. Can you change something in Android so that the usb can always stay in?

doubt it. you are better off contacting either the developer of the app or the manufacturer of the stick.
