Well it's a change from the usual benchmark manipulation practice of having a special "high performance" mode that kicks in when a benchmark app is run (something multiple manufacturers have been guilty of before now).

I've used and tested phones for several manufacturers, and they all manipulate processes for some reason or another under the guise of "performance."

well all i can say is that my z fold 3 is blazing fast. if it is throttled, i have not seen any difference in speed or performance. but if it is, wow!!!!! i can't imagine how fast my would be unthrottled!!!!

people spend too much time worrying about numbers. just use the phone and stop worrying about some blog that needs sensationalized articles to keep their rent paid. vw lied about their emissions and people still buy the cars and some swear they are sliced bread.
