problems after update samsung a71

hello everyone, unfortunately this morning I updated my samsung A71 to android 12 and it no longer works well. After a while, I open any app, or do other operations, eg. settings, etc., the tel freezes, and I have to wait several seconds for it to unlock.I should never have updated it
please, can someone give me some suggestions to solve '?

try rebooting your phone again. unfortunately you cant go back. last resort would be to do a factory reset.

Yes, OP absolutely CAN go back to Android 11, if they haven't done any further updates past the first Android 12 version

I always assumed that after the phone gets updated then that's it on Samsung phones. So you can pretty much flash any firmware update that's was made for your phone? When can you not go back?

When Samsung increments the bootloader level. And so far, there haven't been any models that received a new bootloader in their initial Android 12 update

Ahhhh I see. So it depends on the updates and whether the bootloader gets updated or not...... Got it. Thanx
