Can anyone confirm or deny such a thing?

i have a question. every time i try to resize a pic, it says, "Sorry, the height you entered cannot be greater than the original height" is there a way around this?

Here's one I made up. Just adapted it from my desktop wallpaper with a little "curves" action in photoshop to show the centers a little better. From a Hubble deep field image IIRC. I can't remember what it was titled or the ID's of the galaxies. But I like it.
