I will never buy used electronics, especially PC parts.I had to buy ANOTHER SSD and return the one I got yesterday.
I plugged it into a SATA adapter and ran a S.M.A.R.T. test on it. Pre-fail, old-age, absolutely worn out! I suspect it was used in a crypto mining rig, worn out and sent back within the return window... and Amazon just repackaged it as an open-box return without testing it. I started the return; included a sticky note on the drive explaining that it's ready for recycling, not resale; and ordered a brand new SSD.
Lesson learned: never trust "used, like-new" flash memory of any kind.

Bro that is an entire elite p.c. you just snagged upBut but but... what about that awesome 10TB microSD card I just bought on ebay for $59???

Yeah for the tick bite, my mother had the same medication, her doctors said "Stay away from milk basically for a spell. Like two hours before consuming it" Tonight I had a tall glass of milk after I had some dinner, crab meat sliders, that was about eight p.m., I finished and just took my pill, I have to take it with a snack. Well there goes my summer figureMedication for your ticks? Heck, we bought medication for our dogs... but having pet ticks puts you on a whole other level

Oh a Chevy Truck? So I bought a new Radiant Red 2025 Chevy Colorado LT 4WD.
No pictures yet as it needs a bath.
Yep. It's pretty much fully loaded. Just didn't need the off road package(s) or a sunroof lol.Oh a Chevy Truck?

I have quartz, I swear by it. Though I would never put a hot pan down directly on my counter whether granite, marble, or quartz. Just because I can doesn't mean I should. We went with quartz for the durability and lack of maintenance. No need to seal it periodically.I'd be surprised if it was that much! They're usually no more than 16gb...
Our dishwasher has served us well for around 15 years: but parts I've already replaced are breaking again. Darling Bride and I decided that this one has earned its retirement with our gratitude, and purchased a new one. Should be installed next week.
We're also replacing our hideous 20 year old laminate countertops with either granite or marble countertops (we had wanted quartz until we learned how susceptible it is to scorching). That installation should happen at the end of August.
Are you okay then?Backed into a tree this afternoon so I had to order a replacement light assembly.

We wouldn't intentionally put a hot pan or baking sheet on the countertop... but in a holiday rush, when there are pots & pans going everywhere, I don't need a sheet pan of dinner rolls or a skillet of dressing inadvertently creating a permanent scorch mark on a quartz countertop, thanks to some relative who doesn't know better. That scorch doesn't come out! An occasional sealing, every 6 months with marble or once a year with granite, at least forces us to take everything off the countertops and clean everything. The sealing is just a spray & wipe, so nothing really involved.I have quartz, I swear by it. Though I would never put a hot pan down directly on my counter whether granite, marble, or quartz.
