Help Ringtone Not Working, help needed!

I use mabilo and zedge for ringtones.

What is happening is this: I change my default ringtone to a different tone.. i test it immediately, it plays fine... then later, could be minutes, or an hour later, it goes back to the previous ringtone.. its very frustrating.. i can never change my default ringtone!

could this be an app interfering ??

I'm getting this too. I'm using the stock ringtone for my default, and it works when I select it, but when I get a real call, I get the female Verizon voice that says, "Verizon call from Bill"... Why is it doing that??? I don't even see a 'talking' ringer as an option any way!
