Hi guys,

This is Terrence and a newbie of a Android smart phone user. I have purchase a HTC Tattoo and the only thing I manage to get it done is charging it over the last 8 hours.

So.. I would like to hear and learn from all you guys on how to make full use of this great device.

1. Hi! And welcome.

2. Don't go app happy. Just get the apps you need.

3. Download Task Killer. This app lets you keep track of which programs are currently on. If you don't need them make sure to select the program to turn it off.
This will help the multitasking and speed of your phone.

4. If you need/want more out of your battery life, make sure you turn off the following unless you are using them.
a. Wi-Fi
b. GPS
c. Locations.
Another way to save on battery life is to reduce the brightness of the screen. Most of the time I have mine at 0.
