Seeing how no one who ordered after the 16th of May has yet to receive their phone, it seems very unlikely you would get yours anytime before the week of June 14th, depending on shifts in the supply chain.

Lame, I just called the BB down the street from me and I was told by the rep that he just sold the last 2. I have 2 coming from Verizon, but I am not a patient person at all. I dont mind shelling out another 400+ bucks if it means getting it weeks earlier. I should have gone in there yesterday. Darn that family bbq lol.

Its not impossible that the supply is catching up again (all told, it has been around a month delay), but even if true, there are ALOT more older orders that will be filled first- and right now, we are still only seeing the trickle, not the flood.
For what its worth, when i ordered on the 19th, the CSR said she saw no backorder, and that my phone would ship that day..
.. obviously, the CSRs have VERY little info...I am so hoping i get my info today. Ordered on 5/17. Im so excited about this damn phone.

Ordered in store on 5/21/10. I believe web said ship by 6/11/10. When I ordered I was told would ship by 6/7/10. Called twice and was told ship on 6/10 once and ship on 6/11 the other time.
I seem to have a shipping charge for UPS instead of Fedex. Ordered 5/17 in store and was thinking about trying to piece together my reference number but I work for UPS so I know that method doesn't seem to match our inner workings. Anyone else out there have a UPS shipping charge or was told their phone would be shipped through UPS?

Thank you! That worked... however, the jokes on me. The FedEx tracking page informed me that the package had been delivered! I signed for my husband's Brigade [which he returned] on May 24th!
Ha! I was in the EXACT same boat. Well, not a Brigade. My wife ordered the Moto Droid, and it was shipped and arrived on the 20th. So, when I used the reference number method, that's all that would pull up for me. I had to wait until I received the shipping email from VZW to be able to track my Inc. But, after that, when I look it up via reference number, I get a screen like this:

so then I order online and my order# was 7000216### and I live in michigan so would my reference number for fedex for tracking be P175401_7000216###?? thats the only thing I can come up with, did order last week on the 26th but I just wanted to make sure I was doing the reference number right maybe the location code is different for online order?
Remember that nothing will show up if VZW hasn't AT LEAST prepped it for shipping. But as far as what your location code would be, I haven't a clue. I'm new to VZW so I know nothing about online orders, etc. I only know that I ordered in-store, and the location code was on the receipt. Maybe your location code shows up in some receipt email they sent confirming your order??

On my receipt the location is noted as: D#### 01
Immediately after is the order number at #225###
So would my tracking number be:
####01_000225###? (Obviously replacing the # with numbers)
Or would I add the D?
I've tried a few variants so I'm guessing there's just no info yet.
I think you would include the "D", but I'm not sure. My location code was 0707601 (7 digits - no letters at all).

Alrighty, good to know for when it ships. The same exact number also appears underneath the barcode on the bottom of the receipt, including the three 0's. (On mine, it's lead off by PHPS, then the actual location number stars.)

I signed up for Verizon service on the 18th and ordered the Incredible. I like everyone else had to wait 2-3 weeks to get it. Sunday I was at my local Best Buy and they had some in stock so I got two there. I had to sign up for a 2nd brand new account and ported my AT&T number over. I'm expecting FedEx to deliver the phone this week or next and just wondering what the best way to cancel the account I signed up on the 18th would be and get the refund. I know I can refuse the shipment but would it be easier to accept it and then take the unopened phones to Verizon and return them and then cancel that account?

I ordered mine on May 17th from wirefly.com, it should arrive tomorrow.
I'm in the same boat as you. Ordered 5/20 in the afternoon. Ship by 6/10.
I also ordered mine over the phone on May 20th, however it didn't process until the 21st. CSR is now telling me June 11th is the expected date to ship by. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will come sooner than that. Possibly June 7th?

Just curious cuz my wifes phone arrived may 19th and I am still waiting for the Dinc. When I use the ref # it shows her delivery so I am assuming it will be the same for me when my phone is ready to go. Just curious though if a different tracking # is generated but the ref # stays the same?
