I ordered on the Verizon site on the morning of 5/19, but it was processed on the 20th. The Verizon site at the time stated that the Incredible was going to be shipped by 6/9. I still did not receive a shipping notification email from Verizon. I've also kept checking my order number on the Verizon site, and it still says: "Your order has been processed and will be shipped based on inventory availability and shipping method. You will receive shipment notification and tracking details via email."
Since there are some 5/19 orders that are being shipped today, I just talked to a Verizon representative about upgrading my shipping from 2-day to overnight. She said that if she did that, she would have to cancel my order and place another one. I told her to leave it as it is. Since I waited over two weeks for my order, I don't want to wait for another two or three weeks to receive it. She still told me that it will be shipped by 6/9. Since I didn't hear anything yet, it looks like I won't have the phone until Monday (6/7) at the earliest. This thread has been very helpful to determine approx. when my order is going to arrive.
I can't wait for this phone! I already have over 20 apps lined up from appbrain.com that are prepared to be downloaded on my Incredible when it arrives (Go to AppBrain for your apps before you get your phone; it's amazing!).
I live in northwest Tennessee, so hopefully I will hear from the FedEx facility in Memphis soon.
