The only thing that i can think of is if the case squeezes to much against the phone.
 
These are the types of posts that should go away "until" the issue is confirmed by more then one person or by people who have purchased the case and see or experience an issue

Especially when it seems like the OP does Not own one of them, and has no clue how they fit?
 
Ok i have an update. Users were putting on these cases on upside down. These users should not have a smartphone period. So this caused Sprint to make a temporary recall. Well that is what they are calling it. So if you have the case on right then you are ok.

Sorry I know I'm newish to this forum, but this is very hard to believe
 
Believe what you want. Some users did contact sprint and it was indeed the case. I have provided nothing but useful information for this forum. So since this issue is resovled. Mode please close. Thanks.

he was full of shit...I called Sprint after making my first post in this thread and they said there was nothing wrong with the case. I thought I wrote that in this thread but it was on another forum. Others even did the same thing and got the same info as me.

Yeah i was full of it. Sprint is right. There isn't anything wrong. Dumb users were putting it on backwards. Your Sprint store must not red their messages or isn't a corp store.

Funny since I called 3 sprint stores hunting an evo for a friend and asked about the case and 2 said it was recalled and the other was confused
