Called Verizon today because they promised to overnight me a phone. After being lied to for two calls, finally got ahold of a straight shooter at Verizon today who admitted it would be the 21st at the earliest.

I'm sure my critics here are snickering, but I'm heading down to AT&T and on the 24th when the iPhone 4 comes out, i guess I'll have the last laugh. The funny part is listening to the Verizon reps trying to keep me as a customer. Coverage means nothing without good phones.

Just don't try to use your Blackberry charger with it, ok?

Really? Hadn't thought of that. Probably getting an iPhone anyway, so problem solved.

Excellent! Then you'll have no problems, since you'll not be able to use any of those mean ol' nasty unforgiving chargers on your iPhone. So, don't try to make them fit, k? You'll get the sad iPhone face if you do.

Look if you're going to buy an iPhone anyway, what was the point of this thread? To misinform people who come here for help? This thread doesnt need locked, it needs deleted.

To get back on topic, I've used an abundance of charging devices... as long as the voltage is around the 5V, I've used it. I've used many different mini-usb cables with a micro usb adapter... and i've also used usb extension cables with the stock wall charger and stock micro usb cable... all charge the phone correctly.

If your phone is acting fishy, try a hard reset, or perhaps an app is zapping your battery mighty quick--download spare parts app to find out which app is doing it...
