It fixed it for you, after the hard reset?

I ended doing a hard reset.

Called Sprint and they walked me through fixing my error 3000. Basically, just go into Menu> settings> applications> manage applications (might take a little while if you got a lot of apps) and scroll down to Sprint TV. Click it and then clear cache and clear data.
After that I had to shut down and remove the battery, then put it back and turn it back on. Worked great after that and I got to watch the Uruguay/France World Cup game

Sent from my HTC Evo 'cause it WAS the droid I was looking for.

I had Sprint TV on yesterday for a couple of minutes... and a couple of hours earlier today.
The quality on SyFy's Caprica was excellent, other than a <1 second disparity between audio and video on one of the videos.
I came from using the old Sprint TV where EVERYTHING required paid subscription to watch videos. Awesome that there's all that free content now! Oh, and no lags while loading on 3g!
As to people's problems with it... I suspect that the Sprint TV in their area might be down temporarily.
I think EVO users should get some extras since we have to pay that premium data add on.I'm having this issue on both my EVO on my primary line and my Palm Pre on my second line. Both are giving me the "you are not authorized to use this application" error every time.
Was on the phone with Sprint tech support for an hour last night, we tried everything on both phones but still getting the error. Tried everything in this thread, no luck.
What's my next step? Call Sprint again? I don't think it's EVO specific because it's happening on my second line Pre as well.
Wanted to follow up with you guys that my issue was that the number in my phone listed as my cell number was incorrect. A rep had me change that and another number (msid? or something like that) through one of the unlock codes and now it works. So my ported number from AT&T was the cause after all.
Having the same issue - temporary cell number shows in phone identity instead of ported number.EDIT: wuclan48 is correct. I just called Sprint and got the code to edit the number, it's ##303563#. Hit 'Edit' then type your proper number, then hit Menu, and Commit. After rebooting Sprint TV works again!
