Anyone return your Droid to Verizon? If so, did they give u any trouble?
I'm having the reboot problem so gotta return. Thanks.

I was told 30 days and if I wanted a different phone I just paid restocking fee. So it should be easy.

Wow, 30 days for new Droid? This may not go well....:(
I may be misinterpreting, but are you saying we have to wait 30 days? Isn't we only have 30 days? If some serious issues are not resolved and the Eris looks to be the better Android phone, when my 25 days are up... trading!

within 30 days. Any questions call VZ for details, like if you cut out the upc for the rebate, etc.

It is that you have 30 days to return it, and there is a $35 restocking fee. If you exchange it for a new Droid (At Best Buy atleast) they will not charge a restocking fee (Only if you bought it there)

Best Buy also had a REALLY good $9.99 repair or replace plan, where any damage to the phone from water to it getting crushed by a car they either repair it or give me a new Droid. Highly recommend.

Verizon Wireless' return policy is a 30 day maximum. The restocking fee applies if you are choosing a different model of phone and the original one is not defective. After 30 days, there's virtually no chance of a return for cash or exchange for different model of phone, but their corporate store locations do honor the 1 year warranty provisions in-store.

Is this 1 year only if you are on a corporate plan? What if i bought from BB?

All Verizon Wireless devices (phones, pdas, aircards, etc..) have a 1 year warranty that is honored by Verizon Wireless stores. Has nothing to do with what plan you're on. It's valid for 1 year following the original purchase of the device from a VZW store, web site or new device from an authorized retailer. It does not apply if you get your phone used via E-Bay. They're the phone company, they know where you got the silly thing :P
