Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I know! I was so stoked to go into the store and order my superdupersweet new phone. 6/10 was the day the "ship by" date jumped from 6/30 to 7/8, so I almost piddled the rug when he told me I should get it before July. I should have known better.
 
Called Verizon CSR today to check why my order is not shipping overnight. The CSR said that since the Inc was back-ordered, my shipment will be sent next day. I for one am not believing this, so I am going to call tomorrow to check, but if this is true I would call Verizon CS to find out.

Called 2 times about overnight shipping. 1st time they told me since I had ordered it before 5/31 it would automatically be shipped overnight (I ordered 5/28). 2nd time they told me it would not be overnighted. Sometimes I think they are borderline *r3tarded.

I don't know how their CSR has so many conflicting reports, some of them just tell you what you want to hear. Guess I wont know until I get my shipping order e-mail.
 
sorry to all those i havnt posted in awhile... I ordered my phone on 22nd processed on 24th .. got it 10th (thursday)

whoa everyone who is still waiting this phone is incredible and nothing short of it...
NOTE: if you think this phone dies fast...then you are mistaken... the only reason people complain is because they never had a phone like (any Androids/Iphone) the battery life is good...even while running flash ...It goes nicely ...
 
BTW FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW...the phone also charges super fast ... so if ur on youtube u dont gotta worry u can charge it and it will charge fast unlike Mytouch

If you got the next day shipping, you could even get it on Thursday! There's some more hope for ya! :D

Whatever shipping method is on your order is the method your phone will ship by. There are no automatic upgrades. I don't know why they make this stuff up. Sorry.

I am aware there are no automatic upgrades, however since I ordered over the phone and have no physical receipt I did not know what my shipping time was.

The corporate stores in Southern Illinois have, I believe, been on order-only status for quite some time. They had signs up for the Moto Droid to this effect, but talking to a rep they don't plan to see a Dinc for a looooong time.

I weep for the non-corporates; our local dealer apparently can't give you the same upgrade Vzw can before New Every 2 so you'd have to pay full price and there's no chance the phone would be in their building.

/a 6-9er patiently waiting...hey, just realized that was my wedding anniversary. No wonder we had that nice meal after I ordered online! INCREDIBLE!

While the problem is well known with the screens it has been proven time and time (and time) again on this thread, as well as others, that the sales reps and CSR's in general have their heads so far up their asses they can't see the screen to read their info correctly.
Just sayin........
 
I got my shipment notice at 10:40am and it still says not found on fed ex's website :( any other way to track it? I ordered on 5/27 and got the overnight shipping.

I hate to say it but you might not find any tracking until at least 6am. That's about the earliest they generally update their website. Got get a couple hours of sleep while your DInc is trekking to you. :)
 
Ordered the Incredible online on June 1st. The ship date stated on the website was the 22nd of June. My husband talked to a CSR on Friday and they said they usually ship 2 weeks from when you ordered. (Not sure if I believe this) Hopefully it will be here sooner than later.

Do not trust CSR, they say a lot of things. You and your husband will most likely get the device 1-3 days before 6/22. Thats around the average ship time that most people are getting so far.
 
Getting my phone tomorrow and i'm so excited! Enjoyed my last day with my LG Dare (yeah right) and am looking forward to the new possibilities the incredible will open up for me. Will let you guys know how it goes!
 
I am getting seriously sick and pissed that I am seeing shipping notices for orders made two days after mine and I just can't take this anymore. I will be sure to post back here when I get the shipping notice, etc. but in the meantime watching this board has gotten seriously torturous. I'll be back when I am happy....
