Figured out how to get rid of the icon text - have to use ADW and not done through better cut.

I'm honestly unimpressed with Better Cut - gonna get a refund. If they higher res icons to use I'd love it.
 
Ok finally had time to customize my screens:
Main screen only, but with a few twists I've not seen here.
Before anyone asks... the unusual Widgets/Stuff I have are:

1) HTC Sense stock
2) PowerStrip docking Home (Using Sense as main home option within PowerStrip)
3) MoreWidgets (That's the tiny 1x1 with 4 apps on it)
4) FolderOrganizer (That's what lets me open up the last window, similar to standard folders but they can be 'shortcuts' with full renaming and icon changes'
5) Clock/weather = beautiful widgets (what else ?)
6) Battery is Stock SenseUI battery widget (Love the bubbles as it's charging)

Remember that's all one home screen :) The others just have standard SenseUI widgets for now..
And the PowerStrip can be opened from anywhere, even inside an app.

you dont know how to use it. follow my instructions in this thread to do all your shortcut creating from the default launcher (not sense or adw) otherwise you will get duplicate/old shiortcuts


and if you dont like the icon packs just use your own

here's mine...enough sense for me for awhile...TOO busy. That taskbar notifications are AWESOME!!!...eliminates the need for too much junk on the home screen

Search for the "Gradiance" icon pack in the Market I do believe. I'd also like to know where to find that wallpaper. Newone must want to keep it to himself. ;)
 
I am using a simple LauncherPro setup. I like that you can customize the dock so you have access to your important apps on any home screen.

I like Sense, but the absolute deal killer for me is the lack of landscape support in the home screens. I like to prop my EVO on the kickstand while I'm at my desk and landscape is a must have.

Ok, so I downloaded Beautiful Widgets because EVERYONE seems to love it, but I specifically wanted it because I like how your clock looks. AAAANNNNDDDD, I can't figure out how you got it to look like that. Can you help, please?

You can download tons of skins (at the very bottom is a button that says like "Get skins" and even customized weather icons.
 
Ok, finally got around to installing ADW launcher and I love it. Only 5 home screens now - I don't feel the need to fill everything up with clutter.

It's not too bad. I don't let it update a lot. It's a lot better than ScoresMobile in terms of resources it consumes.
