Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

you mean any order placed before 6/27? or 5/27?
i placed my order in 6/3 and my ship by date is 6/24
no email yet but still getting really anxious for FedEx!
 
ordered 5/29 online. shipped Thursday from Ontario, CA
It is sitting in the Spokane FEDEX office since yesterday
waiting to be delivered tomorrow

I've had plenty of those. Even days where I had to do 3 or 4. Every time i use the internet on my curve it freezes. Can't wait for that to go away.

I think that is a fabulous idea. I was on my 3rd Storm, last week, when it decided to go completely sideways...random calling, reboot loops, touch screen wouldn't work - the whole nine yards. I called Verizon - who initially said there was nothing they would be able to do because I had already ordered the DInc (6/3) for that line. After a few words with a manager, they found a way around the problem and sent out a 4th Storm. In the meantime I dug up an old Curve to use. The new Storm is sitting on my desk, as I type - and I can't get the ambition up to activate it- quite honestly the last week that I've been using this old Curve, I've had less battery pulls, longer batter life, and quicker internet loads. I think perhaps explosives are in order for the ubiquitious Storm, not a simple torching! :cool:

I ordered 6/9 but still haven't heard anything, and I'm guessing that my ship date should be somewhere around 6/28-6/30. My question is when you dial *611 and check if you are eligible for an upgrade, I know that people said they have been getting a special message. What is this message and when do you start getting it? Once you ordered your phone or once it shipped? Because I just called today and it still says that I am eligible for a phone upgrade which is getting me a little worried because I've already waited almost 2 weeks for this phone.

When I dial *611 the recording says I'm eligible for an upgrade even though I placed my order back on 6/7, so I'm not sure what the message is, either. I'm just going to continue to wait it out until I get something (if anything) in the form of a tracking number.

They have told many many people that and then when the shipping notification came it was still the free 2 day that most of us got. I would just hate for you to get the shipping notification and not track it thinking that you were going to see it the next day......
(of course, there is every possibility that they did upgrade you but as you can see if you read back, chances are the CSR you spoke to had their head up their rear-end)

I am a 6/4 here and am hoping to get a notification by weds... since my ship by date is 6/25 going by how many people were getting their notice a couple days early.....

also.. you know its bad when you start dreaming about it and my gf thinks I have AIGS haha.
 
I ordered mine on 6/7 and the estimated shipping date was 6/28. However, I am going to be out of town from the 27th til the 30th so I am really hoping it gets here by Friday!
 
Ok.....I am officially on a countdown...lol...4 days till shipment!!!

Order in store: June 4
Estimated arrival: June 24
2nd Estimated arrival: June 30
New Shipment date: June 25

REALLY hoping it ships when it is supposed to.....sooner would be better!

Sorry - I'm gonna make member before I get my phone but that won't make me love you guys any less.
 
Order 6/11, but I'm probably going to cancel my order once the pre-orders start for the Droid X. I'm not a fan of the huge size of the X, but I do like the OMAP proc more than the Snapdragon.

the people i know in real life are really not interested in hearing about how badly i want my phone, so knowing there are other frustrated folks out there helps, heh

Estimated ship date: 06/23
Called VZW and was told it will be shipped by 06/22, however, they don't see where it was shipped and there is no tracking number. WTF?
Will it just show up delivered by the Incredible fairy? I'm so impatient....i'm supposed to have it this week!
