I dont think so though... this account was only found through the Verizon released teaser and the text contained within.... and it looks very legitimate.
Didn't the "official" Verizon commercial have the Twitter account flashed on the screen? If so, I find it hard to believe this is just someone "messing" with us.

I assume it is someone who works for them and isn't too technical and they think all 1GHz processors are snapdragon.

Maybe they will follow-up and use that post as a way to show how the X is greater than all the phones that have Snapdragons and then state that it has a OMAP?
I've been an iPhone guy for two years, so this is fun considering Apple doesn't do a whole lot of marketing in this sense, but I'm ready for the announcement Wednesday already.
