Yes she is!

That 2nd picture is the lockscreen with the HTC Sense lock bar taken out.

Anywhere on your card - the gallery will find them. I created the directory Downloads/Icons/Name of Iconset

You need to purchase Bettercut and it's self explanatory from there.
