So tomorrow there will be an easier way to root? I hope so because I have spent a few hours every day trying to root. :(

No - this seems to be the recov flash we've been pining for...doesn't help non-rooted devices with root. Sorry. Keep plugging and unplugging that pny micro sd...

I think they'll probably look to fully unlocking NAND first.

My gosh. I can't wait for the custom roms.. FroYo + better battery life + better camera application + faster updates = heaven sent. My goshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

so this will mean that i can get rid of sense flash it with a stok android 2.2, use setcpu to underclock/overclock? plus many other wonderful things? :D
