Checked order status online: everyday

Called CSR: 3x's to make sure everything is on schedule. each time they said the same thing... "they don't know anything"

Times checking this a day: 20

I think the biggest problem is that everyone got their hopes up on getting their DiNCs BEFORE the estimated ship by date.

I've been following this thread: Droid incredible ship date? - Verizon | Forums and Blogs - Verizon Community , and now it seems that the phones are shipping exactly on the given ship-by dates or 3 Weeks after the Order Date.

So, although I hoped mine would ship early (like many others before), I'm not counting on it.

There are a couple of the reps that have them - I think the difference is whether or not you work for a corporate store. And even then they probably just have someone in their family or a friend order it and then do the number switch. Sneaky f*ckers

totally with you on that one. I was told 6/28 ship by date and while I had hope of it being here early, I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll at least have it next week some time.

I'm sorry to inform you of this but its too late for help - maybe if you had asked for it at the start but after 2 weeks you should just enjoy the psychotic tendencies we have all displayed.

Personally I'm thinking that I could also use my shoes as a weapon if the fedex man doesn't show up by Monday night.....

Just got off the phone with CSR - he tells me that it might be shipping today cause it no longer reads 'back order' but that fedex hasn't done their thing. I think I have just had smoke blown in my hole and I didn't like it one bit. But I'm gonna try again at the end of the day...........

Nice csr lady told me she would personally call me if the phone doesn't ship today and i gave her a 2nd email address to sent shipping notification too. I told her if my phone didnt ship today i would be expecting some discounts/freebies. she seemed nice but we'll see

I'm sure you are a very nice person but we (I think I speak for most of us) don't need your gloating. We'll be more than happy to talk to you once we have our phones and see you on the T&T threads.

Yet another 6/2 here waiting for the end of the day, either for shipping notification or the chance to vent my frustration to a Verizon CSR. I called ~10am and was told that it would ship today and that she had never seen a DInc order go out late. Here's hoping...

I finally get a tracking number and now FedEx is having problems. I just want to know which day my DINC is coming (1 day or 2 day shipping). Ugh!!!

Hello insane asylum!

FINALLY I received my shipping notification this morning @ 0730! WHOOHOO!

Here is the pertinent info:

Ordered online: 6/1
Original SBD: 6/22
Actually shipped: 6/23 (Coming from West Chester, PA)
Due to arrive in Newark, DE: 6/25 by 7pm

Called CSR yesterday and believe it or not they were right on the money for when the shipping info would arrive. I was hoping that I would receive the phone a few days early like most May orders but I am okay with one day later than expected. It has been a LONG wait and I will very happy to have the phone in my hand!

To all the rest of you, I really hope you get shipping notification ASAP. I will post again when the phone is in my hot little hands!

Just got off the phone with CS. No suprise for me. Not shipped yet. She put me on hold to check further into my account. Came back and said it will be shipped on the scheduled day of June 28 and will come overnight. I told her my previous order stated 2 day shipping but she indicated as of today they are upgrading all Incredible orders to next day because of the delays. True or not it would be the least they could do. We'll see for all those who received their shipping notifications today.

I have been staring at 2 sets of screen protecters (Zagg invisable shield and Steinheil Crystal clear)for 2 weeks and still don't have a phone. Man this is killing me.

Ordered 5/21 order got canceled from a mall kisok Corp store that said they could get it in 3 days (wrong) they said they left the original order as is. It was not until I saw my credit card statement that the phone cost was refunded that I knew I had to reorder.

Wow, same here, I didnt think anyone else had luck as bad as mine! I did a phone order that never showed up on my cc statement, so when I called the confirmation number I had was nowhere to be found...so I have been nursing my BBStorm (which the screen falls completely out of, and my account is locked down from the s/o of my Inc) for 7 weeks now
