I was running the official gb, non rooted and flashed back to .340, and now i'm stuck in a bootloop. any suggestions?

i just went back to stock 340. Tried to do the update to gb, and my phone rebooted after installing and loaded into bootloader mode. now my screen says connect to usb. what do i do?!

first time ive had this problem. Ive had this phone since july last year, but now it keeps switching from 3g to 1x every few seconds.. Maybe a network problem?

I recently installed 2.2 via odin. Now i'm having troubles with clockwork recovery. i keep getting the failed to verify signature at the end when i try to reinstall packages. I read somewhere i have to use odin to flash clockwork recovery, but i don't know where to get the files and how to do it.

i tried out the tbh and i didn't do it right or something, i'm stuck at the M screen. idk what to do!

I am currently running 2.3.15 and using apex 1.0.2.2. Can I just go to bootloader and load one of my previous backups that had no rom on and install the ota?

I have cog 2.3b6 on my sd card, and i'm backed up with rom manager. Now how do i actually install the rom onto my phone from my sd card?

I'm running ApeX's 1.0 and i get tons of reboots each day. Sometimes it even reboots while i'm talking on my phone. I'm not sure what i should do, or if this is normal? i then turned to fission, tried that out, and it rebooted each hour. so i went back to Apex.. any help?

I went from apex to Fission 2.1 and i had blur email installed on apex because i can't set up my college email acct on the email app that is already installed with both apex and fission. Is there any way to get back the blur email on fission? or can someone help me set up my email acct another...
