Try clearing data/cache first, see if thats works..

looks like i'm going to have to flash. downloading rsdlite and 2.3.15 sbf now.

What bootloader are you on? If you are on 30.03 or 30.04.. you need to flash the new .320 sbf...

i had the 2.3.15 before this, i haven't installed any leaks and i was trying to update to those bootloaders but it failed and that's where this got me.

Did you perform a STOCK recovery and perform a factory reset and data/cache wipe from there? I had the same issue installing the update from TBH the first time. That solved my issue.
