If you root a Kindle do you then have to use the APP to read books? And if you root, do you get access to the entire memory bank for apps? I think its limited to 1/4 of the 8gb stock?

Hi, I have rooted my Dx, installed ROM MANAGER, Backed up using Titanium, and then launched ROM MANAGER: 1 - Flash Clockwordmod Recovery 2 - Boot into RECOVERY mode I get to the part where the ! shows on the screen; I press the SEARCH key ONCE......and then it just sits there. Help?

Does a DATA WIPE for a ROM install also wipe out the SD card? Im using Titanium Backup to backup my apps, but didnt know about other information that might get "wiped" during the flashing of a ROM. (Pics, etc) Thanks! chaz_
