I had a brand new unit which said 11.05 i have another one i just got through e-bay which says 11.08 i just got a remanufactured phone to replace the 11.05 one, and it says 11.04 What does this number mean?

What the heck, man? It started one day in class. Only in certain positions, in my lap, the back button would activate itself a ridiculous amount of times, making it impossible to use my phone. I had to pick it up out of my lap to get it to stop so i could surf the web or something...

can this be fixed cheaply if it goes bad and shorts out or something? I know on an Evo 4G, the button is directly connected to the main board, so you can't fix the volume without replacing the couple hundred dollar board. Is this the same for the epic or can you buy the part separately to fix...
