So... a bit late posting here, For anyone having problems rooting using the poot method, where it gives the daemon error and SAYS its rooted but apps that require root dont work... in addition to the steps in the guide in all things root, I had to download the "Ministro configuration" app...

Running SD 1.2.1 Tried uninstalling and reinstalling TB from the market, and from a direct download from the developer. When I try to restore I get this. Obviously this makes the app pretty useless. Tried Cyan and For Science themes and get this issue with both. Any ideas?

Well, I tried to restore a few different nandroids after noticing that my proximity sensor quit working. No dice, sensor does not shut screen off regardless of whatever rom I load. Is there any utility I can use to test the hardware and rule out a failed sensor for sure?
