Hi pjwren.. some of those ROMs seem to sit on one stage of the boot for a very long time.. I've learned to just wait, because even after many minutes it'll finish and subsequent boots will of course be normal and not nearly as long. I didn't time any of them, but I'd guess several minutes: 5 or 6? It seemed like forever.
Frisco when you flashed Aloysius how long did take for the first boot
thats cool, i finally rooted yesterday but had to manually do it.

i basically already had the hero with the eris so this wasn't that hard of a transition for me
