i wanna know whats the difference between the optimus t & the optimus one

ok here's the question. someone will trade me a garmin phone. idk anything on these phones. would you trade your optimus t for a garmin phone. i understand the optimus has 2.2 on it and has a 600 mhz processor. what about the garmin phone. really need some help.
