Help Whats the difference

I'd like to know the same thing, if anyone knows. There is also an Optimus S and Optimus M that seem very similar. The pictures I've seen show a little different home screen with the normal Android 4 icons on the bottom instead of the 3 on my T. I know the S has some extra hard buttons.
 
Actually there is little to no difference in the S T and M. They are all the same BASE phone. Sprint (S) has the ID Pack and the camera key on the side, but they sacrificed some of the phones potential. I should know I work for Sprint ATS, but I have the Optimus T, as to the M not sure but the specs on it are the same as the ones for the S and T. Spec wise they are all the same. With the One there are a few minor differences but they all are about the same. 'cept the S has ID Packs (dont like'm).
 
so how can we get that cool bottom dock that displays the 4 buttons. i'd like my bottom dock to look like that.
