Help **HELP** OPTIMUS T trade for GARMIN phone

ok here's the question. someone will trade me a garmin phone. idk anything on these phones. would you trade your optimus t for a garmin phone. i understand the optimus has 2.2 on it and has a 600 mhz processor. what about the garmin phone. really need some help.

Well in my family there are two Optimus Ts, we all really love them. Just ordered a Garmin free from tmobile so ill know in a week. You can try searching review on youtube.

Keep your Optimus T, tried the Garminfone sent it back on its merry way; and there is no way I would ever trade my Optimus T for the Garminfone. Both phones have similar specs, but the Gaminfone interface and applications..for the lack of a better word...suck! Garminfone is slow to respond, occasionally the phone would freeze on a white screen while it processed information, no swype keyboard, and the built in GPS maps are pointless now with the new Google Maps with offline caching of map tiles. If I hadn't sent it back I would have traded you a Garminfone for the Optimus T.

Plus I thought I read that the Garmin phone is a dead phone line, meaning there won't be any support or updates for it (probably since it didn't sell but 6 copies). I'd keep the Optimus.

Finally got my garminfone (back order). Its neat but a little slow. Optimus T is better.

Good choice.
