Why is it that when I choose the sound I want to use for a ringtone or a notification, it's quite a bit louder then when it actually plays during the notification? I have all the volumes at max, and can still barely hear it when it rings or notifies me of a message/email.

Either app, almost every message I get a sent failure message, but it actually goes through. People I'm talking to are getting the messages 2-3 times. Any ideas? Went back to stock, but the other 2 are so much nicer. I am swapping this phone for a new one tonight, so I'll try it...

The power button is kind of flush with the top of the phone, doesn't stick out much, and is kinda hard to push in, especially with a case on the phone. Anyone else notice this? Is it supposed to be flush, or is it supposed to stick up.
