ok, i got a droid previously had a droid eris, now back to the OG droid moto 1... so now anyone got suggestions on getting a OG droid rooted the easiest way.... thanks my fellow droids

ok so i recently came from verizon wireless and the man there stated that in order to complete the update process you have to factory reset your phone is this true or did i just do it for no reason at all??
